I’d like to share with you couple of questions that help me minimize the event and help me stay focused on progress…
The first questions is NOW WHAT?
Recognize that what just happened can’t be changed so what is it that you can do now that will help you get closer to where you want to go. You might need to stop what you’re doing, or you might need to do a little bit more or you may need to do something completely different.
The bottom line is you need to keep moving forward to get to the good things.
And once you get to those good things ask yourself WHAT’S NEXT?
Acknowledge it, enjoy it, celebrate it and now it’s time again to move forward and get to the next step.
