I met Ron and Jean at my open house and got a chance to visit at their home in Inverness and what a pleasant surprise.
Rarely do you walk through a turnkey home that’s been well cared for and updated throughout the years.
Not even a single scratch on a baseboard and all I had to do was implement my marketing strategy and I was confident we’ll get it sold.
It firmed up and sold in 12 days and they were extremely happy with the result as it gave them the chance to move into a bungalow down the street that they’re now turning into their beautiful home.
