I met Chris and Brianne at a foreclosure listing in Chaparral backing onto the ravine and they were at the time looking to trade up from their starter home in Silverado.
After chatting couple of times and considering all the pros and cons for purchasing a foreclosure home and going over the options for the sale of their home. We put together a plan to move forward.
We offered on the foreclosure and firmed up the deal and it was a great buy for them with the neighbour’s home selling for about $100k over their purchased price.
We then turned all the attention on getting their home ready for sale. Other than a strategic approach to market their home didn’t need much as it was very well maintained and looked after.
It was sold first day on the market for full ask and they were extremely happy with the result as it gave them the chance to move into their new chaparral home that they’re now turning into their own.
