I met Natasha through our networking group and after chatting with her couple of times, she seemed very eager to get into real estate investing. So we got to work.
After looking at a few properties we came across a 2 storey 3000sqft of developed space unit that was priced well. It needed some work which was ideal and the other units were selling well above this one with just some minor updates.
We didn’t waste time in placing an offer and negotiated an additional 6% off the list price. Had a contractor come in for quote and shortly after the sale was firm. Thank you Natasha for giving me this opportunity and look forward for many more.
