What a beautiful family to know! Outgrowing their starter home in Silverado, Maan and Saba decided to build and couple of months before their possession we sat down and went over the sale of their home.
With possession around the corner and not wanting to carry 2 mortgages we were under the gun. They worked very hard to get it ready with the help of our team and it all paid off.
Had the home sold first week on the market, firmed up and they were able to time their move out with their possession and everything went very smoothly. Thank you for everything, you guys are the best!
